1. Acceptance

By using Scrabbly you accept these terms. If you disagree, don't use the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account's activity and for keeping your password safe. You can play as a guest or create an account. Don't impersonate others or use abusive language in chat.

3. Fair play

Using external assistance (dictionaries, bots or helper software) in rated games is prohibited, as is any attempt to manipulate results or the ranking.

4. Premium subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed recurrently until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed through Stripe.

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features.
